Our goal is to help you reach yours! We are passionate & professional about our work! We train athletes, competitive dancers, equestrian enthusiasts, and people who simply want to reach their personal fitness goals. We focus on teaching efficient and effective movement to maximize performance. Staying on the cutting edge of training principles is one of our top priorities.

Janice Winzer has been in the fitness industry her entire adult life. She is a graduate of Walkersville High School.  She attended Frederick Community College, the University of Maryland College Park, and George Washington University. She earned:

A.A from Frederick Community College

B.S. in Exercise Science from George Washington University

She is the co-owner of Fitness Funatics/S.A.F.E.T.Y., Inc and PIOMA Pilates.  She is a certified: 

AFAA Personal Trainer

AFAA Group Exercise Instructor

AFPA Sports Conditioning Specialist

Powerhouse Pilates Instructor

Her broad training experience has included fitness club members, firefighters, high school athletes, competitive dancers, equestrian lovers, little people, and regular people.  Janice is currently the Conditioning Coach for the Middletown High School Boys Soccer Team.  She enjoys playing, coaching, and officiating athletics in many capacities.  Her favorite pastime is playing indoor soccer for the Frederick Women’s Soccer League at The Sports Plex!

Janet Clemens graduated from Takoma Academy, in Takoma Park, Maryland.  Janet is the co-owner of S.A.F.E.T.Y., Inc / Fitness Funatics & PIOMA Pilates. Her passion for fitness is only eclipsed by her desire to have fun!

American Heart Association CPR/AED Instructor.

She believes fitness should not only produce results, but also be an enjoyable experience. Janet was the Assistant Girls Varsity Soccer Coach at Walkersville High School for the 2005 season. This year she moves on to be the Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Frederick Community College. Janet is also the President of Clemens Industries where she manufactures firefighting and safety equipment. For more fitness and fun, you will find Janet transforming herself into a human target while playing goalie for the Frederick Women’s Soccer League at the Sports Plex!
