PIOMA Pilates boasts highly educated & refreshingly diverse
instructors/owners who are passionate about what they do
and will work with you one-on-one to take you to
your next level of fitness.

All clients begin w/one-on-one intensive instruction and evaluation
so that you gain the most benefits from your experience at our
studio. After completing 3 private sessions, clients can choose
to continue with one-on-one instruction, come with a  partner or
move into a small group setting.   Groups are 4 students or less.
Mastering Pilates is a personal journey.  There are literally
hundreds of exercises to challenge the young and old, men
and women.  Never a dull moment  - and - never
has exercise been so much fun!

Located conveniently in downtown Middletown, Maryland
our studiois filled with state-of-the-art equipment.  Our Pilates
apparatus include: Reformer, Cadillac Trapeze Table, 
Spine Corrector and Combo Chair.

Our philosophy is to educate and motivate.   We believe
the more educated and dedicated both client and trainer,
the more successful and rewarding the experience is for all!
